TEXAS Assistant Security Supervisor

AREA SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Expected salary: 16.00-18.00

FULL-TIME – 40 Hours

Anticipated office time weekly: 16-24hrs

Anticipated dispatch hours weekly: 16-18hrs

Anticipated on-post hours weekly: as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE A VALID TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card); TX Guard License and Driver’s License

Area Security Supervisor will serve as the “eyes and ears” for our company for the TX security operations. All aspects of management are required including:

• scheduling of guards for regular post AND emergency post requests;
• employee time sheet review and approval;
• when needed, Guard duty/Emergency coverages/call-outs (applicable posts)
• final new-employee interviewing and on-the-job onboarding;
• training of new/existing employees;
• site inspections;
• disciplinary review and writeups of employees;
• enforcement of company policies and procedures;
• And maintenance of On-site office

Requirements – Qualified Candidates MUST meet the following requirements:

• Possess a valid/ unexpired Security Officer License
• Possess a valid TWIC card (Transportation Worker's Identification Card, obtained via tsa.gov)
• Minimum of 1 year of prior security experience
• Have a valid/ non-suspended/ unexpired Driver’s License
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience – Higher Education is a plus
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Check
• Have basic computer knowledge

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
