Concierge/Security

Matcal International is a leader in providing European Style front desk/concierge services in condominium communities since 2006. As a company local to Houston and closely involved in operations, we are seeking a candidate will a helpful attitude and friendly demeanor. We are excited to be able to offer healthcare and paid time off to full-time employees and weekend/part-time schedules. Currently full-time and part-time openings are available.

Specified job responsibilities depend on property but may include:

• Greeting residents during entrance/exit of lobby
• Provide access for authorized personnel, such as housekeepers, real estate agents, contractors, and visitors
• Properly account for inventory of keys and delivered packages
• Maintain communication with homeowner’s by phone & email regarding property related inquiries
• Report all accidents, emergencies, and injuries to management

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent Verbal/Written skills
• At least 1-year experience in related fields, such as high-end hotel front desk or front desk operations
• Ability to pass drug test
• Clean background
• Ability to obtain security license

Pay: $14.22 – $15.23 per hour
