ARMED SECURITY SHIFT SUPERVISOR NEEDED / Weekly pay!

We are a medium sized security firm looking to hire a COMMISSIONED SECURITY SHIFT SUPERVIOR FOR A PRIVATE SCHOOL.

SHIFT: MONDAY – FRIDAY 2300-0700

We are looking for a Commission Security Site Supervisor. This individual will be responsible for a team of 3 to 4 security officers. I would like to see 2 years of management experience with security officers or in related fields. Other responsibilities include:

• Implement overall security strategy, policies and standards to ensure the physical safety of all visitors, employees, or customers to the organization’s facility and the security of property assets.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess, identify and mitigate and security vulnerabilities or gaps.
• Implement staff training of operation plans for crisis response, disaster recovery, evacuation, workplace violence and other emergency events.
• Manage and train security officers on systems, alarms, cameras and other security measures.
• Deliver educational programs and communications on security policy and topics to ensure staff is adequately informed and equipped to manage potential security issues.
• TAKE DISPATCH CALL during the shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 – $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Security Supervisor: 1 year (Required)
• Private School Security: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Armed Security License for Texas (Required)
