Operations Manager for Security

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operation Manager for a security company, must have Level 3 security license to apply. You will have to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset, with a proven track record in project management and business development. This role is crucial for driving efficiency, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that our operations align with the company’s goals.​

Duties

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and meet company standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
• Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to foster a productive work environment.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align operational capabilities with business development strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Level 3, Commissioned officer required
• 3 years or more of experience in security leadership
• Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, and business development.
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
• Solid understanding of profit loss management and financial analysis.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
