Overnight security officer to work full time/part time hours in Houston, TX.

Post #1: Zipcode 77025, multifamily site, ARMED security officer full time, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, 6PM-6AM. If the candidate desires to work another 4- 6 hours shift on MONDAY , it is possible. The positions pays $16.50 per hour using their own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Perform access controls at gates.
• Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
• Provide assistance to people in need.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

Skills:

• Level III Commissioned License is required
• Customer service

• Familiarity with detailed report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
• Registered as a security officer on DPS or possesses a valid Level II/Level III certificates.
• Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
