About the Job
The Security Shift Supervisor will oversee the facility to protect all company assets. The Supervisor may also manage and/or implement security protocols related to the storage of confidential information and documents.

• Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
• Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors.
• Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas such as inventory areas, network equipment areas, and employee files and confidential records.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Excellent customer service is always a top priority.
• You’re good at reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Responding to security emergencies such as fires, medical emergencies, or bomb threats
• Ability to write Disciplinary forms if misconduct is done at the site
• Strong leadership skills
• To enforce the duties of making sure all visitors/trucks have been signed in accordingly

About the Qualifications

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a state security license or the ability to obtain one
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with no restriction B and clean driving record if security posts operate a company vehicle.
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Have reliable transportation
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry
• Must have previous supervisor experience in security or a similar field (1 year)
• Ability to walk/Stand for long periods of 8+hours a day
• Ability to work inside/outside
