MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:

-drive to multiple locations to conduct inspections of officers (among other duties)

-Man a post as instructed any shift

-Train officers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervision of the day-to-day security operation of security staff, reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager

Manage officers work conduct

Organize, train, lead and supervise the work of subordinates

• Identifies training needs among the workforce
• Man post, relieve officers
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely reports
• Ensure that all officers are thoroughly briefed on their individual post orders and are carrying out all the duties according Post orders
• Conduct post checks, inspections, and patrols
• Prepare clear, concise and comprehensive written reports
• Reports daily operating activities to management.
• Must be willing to travel all areas of Houston
• Responsibilities include: All Requirements of a Basic Security Officer
• Must have an ACTIVE Commissioned License in hand (not certificate)
• Must have active Phone
• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• At least one verifiable employer.
• Successful completion of Criminal Background check.
• No criminal convictions. Previous management loss prevention and recruiting experience is desired
• Working weekends and special events will be required
• Travel is required. Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement)

• . – Be willing to work the 3 different shifts (i.e., day/swing/grave, etc.) and sometimes 6 days per week.
• Have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.

• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
