Job Title: Event Security Supervisor – Toyota Center
(Texas Private Security License Level 2 or higher required!)

Scheduling:
- Candidates must have open availability to be considered for the position.
- No set schedule. Schedule based around Rockets games and concerts held at Toyota Center.
- Weekdays and weekends are required.
- Days off vary
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
- Must consistently maintain an excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards in accordance with BEST Crowd Management standards.
- Must be accountable and possess the ability to hold subordinate officers accountable.
- Leadership or management experience required. Must be personable and have soft skills.
Your background:
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- You have Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement supervisory experience of at least 2 years or more
- Texas Private Security License Level 2 or higher required
- You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
