Position Overview:

As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our clients’ properties, monitoring premises, and responding to emergencies. You will play a vital role in creating a safe environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle.
• Observe and report suspicious activities or security incidents.
• Enforce property rules and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Assist with access control and verify credentials.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or safety concerns.
• Write detailed reports on incidents and maintain activity logs.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Must be reliable, professional, and have strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• No prior security experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security or a related field.
• Customer service experience.
