Security Account Manager

Base Salary: $60,000

DAYS: MONDAY – FRIDAY (Nights as needed, Weekends as needed)

CITY: ARLINGTON, TX

Primary responsibilities may include but is not limited to the following:

• Manage provided services through subordinate supervisors and fill in for them in their absence but also work independently and self-manage.
• Coordinate continuous training of assigned personnel to ensure the productivity of staff.
• Work with all personnel in the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create solutions for continuous improvement.
• Act as liaison between company ownership and the client to foster customer intimacy and total satisfaction.
• Keep records and prepare accurate and timely reports to demonstrate productivity.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure minimal disruption of the company’s operations.
• Ensure company policies and requirements are consistently applied and enforced.
• Create, update, and provide detailed and comprehensive written security procedures (post orders) for all service locations.
• Review procedures to ensure the efficient scheduling of employee duty schedules to meet Customer, contract, and business requirements.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
• This position shall have on-call responsibilities and may require post duties if needed as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years of Security Experience.
• Must have 3 years of Supervisor/Manager Experience.
• Law Enforcement/Military preferred.
• Must have 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean Driving record.
• Must have Valid Commissioned/Armed Guard Card
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
• Must have great customer service skills.
• Computer skills, Microsoft outlook, office, and Google Sheets.
• Must have High School Diploma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Law enforcement/ Military: 1 year (Preferred)
• Security: 2 years (Preferred)
• Security Supervisor/ Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Commissioned/Armed Guard Card (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Dallas-Fort Worth, TX: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
