Details:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Observe and report.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
• Monitor and authorize entrance.
• Respond to emergencies and security incidents.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Provide assistance and information to employees and visitors.
• Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Must carry a firearm. In your proposal, provide details on the type and caliber of firearms your staff is equipped with or permitted to carry.
• Must carry a duty belt flashlight.
• Must carry 2 magazines of ammunition or additional rounds.
• Must carry mace for defensive purposes.
• Must wear a bulletproof vest or ballistic body armor.
• Minimum of 5 years of armed security experience.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Must hold a Level Three Guard Card in the state of Texas.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be certified in CPR.
• Must be able to be fingerprinted for the city of Fort Worth.
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check for the City of Fort Worth.
• Must be able to write clear and concise reports.
• Proficiency in using a computer is required.
