Full-Time Armed Security Officer (Night Shift)

As a USD Solutions officer your focus will be on keeping the location safe while providing assistance to the residents who live on site. This is for a senior living facility in Ft Worth.

Night Shift: 7:00PM to 7:00AM Pitman Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00AM to 7:00PM Pitman Schedule

The Pitman consists of a 2-week cycle where each person works 2 consecutive shifts, followed by 2 days off duty, works 3 consecutive shifts, followed by 2 days off duty, works 2 consecutive shifts, followed by 3 days off duty.

Pitman shift schedule example:

• Shift 1 (Two week Cycle) Week 1 – WWOOWWW / Week 2 -OOWWOOO
• Shift 2(Two week Cycle) Week 1 – OOWWOOO / Week 2 – WWOOWWW

Key:

O= OFF

Working= WORKING SHIFT

The ideal candidate will:

1. Have a level III security license issued from PSB

2. At least 6 years of armed security experienced

3. Military or law-enforcement experienced

4. Superior customer service skills

5. Excellent communication skills

6. Superior weapons skills

7. Motivation to work independently or with a small team of professionals

8. The ability to work 12 hour shift

9. Their own duty belt and service weapon

Physical Requirements and Environment

1. Environment: Indoor and outdoor, temperature ranges from moderate to extreme cold/heat.

2. Major activity: Walking, standing, speaking, listening, observing, possibly running.

3. Physical efforts to carry out job duties: Standing, walking, and sitting.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 per hour

• Military: 1 year (Preferred)
• Police: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
• Armed Security: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Level IV PPO License (Preferred)
• Level III Security License (Required)
