JOB TITLE Responsibilities include:

Periodically tours premises; examines doors, windows, and gates to determine that they are secure; observes departing personnel

irregularities; sounds alarm; and permits authorized persons to enter property. Examines credentials of persons desiring entrance to restricted areas.

• guard against thefts of company property; inspects equipment and stores to ascertain if tampering has occurred; complete incident report when occurrences arise
• Patrol the premises inside and outside the building every 3 hrs.
• Assist with compliance of company, local, state and federal safety directives
• Report safety issues, such as fire hazards, vandalism and suspicious activity
• Answer the phone and resident call buttons during shift hours
• Keep an eye on the entrance and ensure workplace security

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED preferred
• Willingness to learn and enforce safety procedures
