As a Quell Officer, you will be trained to be the cornerstone of safety in various settings. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Access Control: Managing entry points, verifying credentials, and enforcing site-specific policies.
• Vigilant Patrols: Conducting regular foot patrols to monitor activity and identify potential safety hazards.
• De-escalation & Conflict Resolution: Using professional communication skills to calmly and effectively resolve disputes.
• Detailed Reporting: Documenting daily activities and filing clear, concise incident reports.
• Customer Service: Providing a visible, authoritative, and approachable presence for clients, guests, and staff.
