Are you a licensed Level 3 Armed Security Officer looking to provide a secure and welcoming atmosphere in family-friendly venues? Quell Protection is seeking experienced professionals with 2+ years of experience to ensure safety and maintain order at venues focused on creating positive experiences for all ages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible armed security presence to deter potential risks.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
• Conduct access control, including bag checks and monitoring restricted areas.
• Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies with calm professionalism and proper protocols.
• De-escalate conflicts and provide excellent customer service in sensitive situations.
• Collaborate with venue staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

• Timeliness: Arrive early and prepared, ensuring all posts are secured before doors open.
• Professionalism: Exhibit a calm, courteous demeanor, especially when interacting with families and children.
• Alertness: Stay vigilant to prevent and address potential risks effectively.
• Licensed & Trained: Hold a valid Texas Level 3 (Armed Security) license and demonstrate knowledge of state and venue-specific protocols.
