Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Alarm & Security Salesperson at Powerhouse Guardians located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with some work from home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling alarm systems, security solutions, and AI video surveillance services to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in various industries.
• Present and promote our security services, emphasizing our AI-driven solutions and highly trained personnel.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
• Present and demonstrate to potential customers our AI-driven solutions, including alarm systems and monitoring services.
• Design customized security plans by collaborating with clients and our operations team and partners.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security services industry.
• Previous experience in selling monitoring and alarm systems is a significant advantage.
• Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of AI-driven security solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the security industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Must own a vehicle.
