Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Hours are Sun – Wed OR Wed – Sat, 6pm – 6am
• Apply your knowledge of transportation
• Verify records on incoming/outgoing shipments
• Log shipments into computer system
• Document preparation
• Trouble shoot and correct problems
• Record shipment data
• Compare shipment contents to manifest, invoice, or order forms
• Report any discrepancies to receiving and shipping team
• Record tractor, trailer, and seal numbers
• Dispatch moves to receiving and shipping team
• Accurately maintain records
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
