Unarmed Luxury Security Agent

Global Threat Solutions is seeking highly professional and experienced Unarmed Luxury Security Agents to support prestigious luxury retail brands in the Ft. Worth area.

Position Overview:
Agents will be responsible for maintaining a secure and professional environment while delivering exceptional client service. Duties include:

· Observing and reporting all suspicious or unusual activity

· Preventing theft and protecting client assets and personnel

· Serving as a liaison between Global Threat Solutions, client representatives, and law enforcement as needed

· Upholding the highest standards of appearance, conduct, and discretion

Uniform Requirements:

· Black suit

· White or black button-down shirt

· Black plain tie

· Black dress shoes

· All-black tactical attire as directed

Training Provided:
If selected, Global Threat Solutions will provide specialized training which may include:

· De-escalation Training

· Luxury Brand Retail Training

Candidate Requirements:
Successful candidates must meet the following standards to be considered for these positions:

· Maintain a professional appearance that serves as a strong deterrent to potential offenders

· Maintain a high level of physical fitness

· Have a minimum of 5 years of security experience

· Be able to work 8 or 12-hour shifts while standing and patrolling assigned areas

· Possess excellent communication and observation skills

· Be able to lift up to 75 lbs
