Who We’re Looking For:

• Texas Level 3 Certified Armed Security Guard
• Strong communication and people skills – Must interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and the public
• Detail-oriented and reliable – We need individuals who take their job seriously
• Physically fit and alert – Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including foot patrols
• Flexible availability – Night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean background check – No felony, domestic violence, or misdemeanor assault convictions. Must not be on probation or parole.
• Military applicants – Must provide DD214 with an honorable discharge

Required Equipment

• Reliable transportation and communication device
• Registered, reliable firearm with Level 2 or 3 holster
• Body armor
• Duty belt

Job Details:

• Job type: 1099 independent contractor
• Unlimited hours available – Work as much as you want
• Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to incidents, managing conflicts and providing first aid when necessary.
• Foot patrol tours of properties.
• Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting visitors and addressing their concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents, reporting any irregularities to law enforcement, management, and maintenance when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall security measures.
