A Security Agent provides safety at the property, its amenities and for all who visit.

Essential responsibilities include:

• Embody the shared values of Hotel Drover.

• Patrol premises both interior and exterior.

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all entering the premises.

• Monitor who enters and who leaves the premises.

• Monitor all surveillance cameras.

• Update and maintain security logs.

• Respond to calls from guests, team members and anyone else requiring assistance.

• Escort guest(s) where necessary (to their room, if lost, etc.)

• Identify, correct, and record safety hazards.

• Maintain documentation and/or report on security related incidents or investigations.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

MUST HAVES:

• Passion for creating an amazing experience for our guests.

• Strong prioritization and organization skills.

• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Available to work a varied scheduled including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible.

• Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.

• Ability to de-escalate highly emotional situations.
