• Assist in customer service interactions when needed.
• Support team members in achieving security objectives.’
• Qualifications

‘ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Previous security or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic math skills for reporting and transactions.
• Valid security license or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
