TXPSI | Government Services Division is hiring for the following positions:

Security Lieutenant Positions: W2 Salaried $50,700/year

Location: Dallas, Tx

Requirements:

1. Hold an active Level 3 Commissioned Officer License

2. Hold an active Level 4 PPO License

3. Have completed training in de-escalation courses specifically designed for Security Professionals.

4. Have completed training in physical restraint courses specifically designed for Security Professionals.

5. Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

6. Have at least two (5) years’ experience as an Officer.

7. Possess a valid driver’s license.

Additional Requirements:

1. Must have all gear necessary.

2. Must have reliable transportation.

3. Must have Social Security Card.

Job Overview:

TXPSI, LLC is seeking dedicated and experienced Lieutenants to join our team in Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio. As a Lieutenant, you will play a crucial role in supervising security operations for the specific Regions, ensuring the smooth and effective management of our security personnel. You will work directly under the Major in charge of the project and assist in various administrative and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular post checks on security officers to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating officers to maintain optimal coverage and service delivery.
• Collect and review documents such as timesheets, incident reports, and other necessary documentation from officers.
• Assist in other contract-related duties as needed, providing support to ensure the successful execution of security services.
• Work directly with the Major in charge of the project, providing assistance and support where necessary.
• Dedicate 10-12 hours per week to administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and officer support.
• Cover posts as required outside of administrative hours, maintaining a visible and effective security presence.
• Opportunity to work additional hours beyond the required 50 hours per week, with additional pay reflecting the specific site's pay rate.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-time salaried position with a requirement of 50 hours per week.
