Patrol Officer

Job Summary
As a Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at apartment complexes by conducting patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, and enforcing regulations at designated premises.

Responsibilities
– Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area
– Enforce property rules and regulations
– Respond to alarms and security incidents
– Provide assistance to visitors and employees
– Complete detailed reports on security incidents
– Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary

Skills
– Possession of a valid CPR and First Aid certification

– Must have duty belt

– Level 3 Security IN HAND
– Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
– Experience in conflict management
– Familiarity with militaristic procedures is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
