Job Title: Signal Patrol Guard
Location: Dallas, TX 75244
Schedule: Flexible availability required for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends.
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Requirements:

• Valid Texas Guard Card
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 lbs

Position Summary:

As a Signal Patrol Guard, you will be responsible for conducting routine foot and vehicle patrols to secure courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value areas. Your main objective will be to safeguard properties and residents with close attention to detail and safety protocols. Duties may also include additional tasks specified in the site’s Post Orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mobile patrols in a company vehicle per site-specific instructions/post orders.
• Complete detailed, accurate reports using company software during each shift.
• Maintain punctuality, adhere to dress code, and follow instructions consistently.
• Build positive customer service relationships with on-site personnel and visitors.
• Report any property or customer concerns to the Advanced Patrol Guard or Branch Patrol Supervisor promptly.
• Take responsibility for maintaining company vehicles, including fueling, washing, and regular inspections.
• Ensure proper care and accountability for all assigned equipment (e.g., radios, access cards, uniforms).
• Consistently deescalate issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Engage in the Daily Scrum to share and receive updates, client needs, route changes, and post order modifications.
