Are you an experienced, licensed Unarmed Security Officer looking to work in a high-energy environment? Quell Protection is seeking larger guards with 2+ years of experience to join our team for nightclub and bar security across the DFW area. We’re a family-oriented, professional security company working with 30-40 different venues. If you’re committed to excellence and ready to make an impact, this is the place for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pat-downs and manage line control.
• Station yourself at entrances and exits, ensuring crowd management and security.
• Verify IDs, control access, and manage guest behavior.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
• Maintain a strong, professional presence while being approachable and respectful.

• Reliability: We need team members who are dependable and consistently available for every shift.
• Punctuality: It’s vital to arrive ready before the start of your shift. Showing up early is key to success.
• Dependable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 100 per week
