Position Overview

We’re seeking a professional and dependable part-time Level III Armed Security Officer to secure a long-term retail location in Dallas (75204).
The ideal candidate is alert, courteous, and trained in de-escalation, firearms safety, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Protect client property, employees, and customers by maintaining a secure environment.
• Serve as a visual deterrent and respond promptly to incidents or disturbances.
• Monitor site activities, enforce post orders, and maintain detailed shift logs.
• Conduct patrols, access checks, and incident reporting using company apps.
• Communicate clearly with site management and Powerhouse Guardians operations team.

Requirements

• Valid Texas Level III (Armed Security Officer) license issued by DPS/TOPS.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and clean professional appearance.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Excellent situational awareness and communication skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Drug Test.

Schedule

• Long-term post with potential to transition to full-time based on performance.
• 16–24 hours/week (minimum 16).
• 2–3 days/week, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (15:00–23:00).
• Includes weekends and holidays as assigned.

Compensation

• Wage: $22.66/hour
• Direct Deposit & W-2 employment
