Join our dynamic team as an Event Security professional, where your vigilance and proactive approach will ensure the safety and smooth operation of diverse events. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, managing access points, and responding swiftly to any incidents. Your expertise in security protocols, surveillance, and conflict management will be vital in creating a safe experience for attendees, staff, and vendors alike. We are hiring for multiple events throughout the DFW as well as full time opportunities starting in March 2026 at the latest.

Duties

• Monitor event premises through CCTV surveillance and on-site patrols to detect suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Control access points by verifying credentials of attendees, staff, vendors, and contractors to prevent unauthorized entry
• Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances using conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations effectively
• Conduct thorough inspections of attendees and staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention measures
• Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, coordinating with emergency responders as required
• Enforce event policies and security procedures consistently to maintain order and safety throughout the event duration
• Document incidents, security breaches, or safety concerns accurately in detailed reports for future reference
• (overnight staff) To provide hourly activity reports while on site.

Skills

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on event environments is a plus, but we are bale to train those with less experience and get you certified with the State of Texas.
• Strong surveillance skills utilizing CCTV systems and other monitoring tools to oversee large crowds/areas effectively
• Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification to respond confidently during medical emergencies is a plus, but not mandatory. Any additional certifications relevant to this position could possible warrant an increase in hourly rate.
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and CCTV operations for proactive security measures
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally while maintaining high levels of alertness and attentiveness
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members, emergency responders, and event staff
• Able to provide polite and professional customer service when interacting with the public and our clients.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
