Qualifications:
Security Officers, sometimes referred to as Security Guards, deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property. Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and do security checks. In factories and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises.
3RD SHIFT
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have active level II, Noncommissioned license via TOPS
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with report writing
- Monitoring and surveillance experience
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
- One year previous security experience is required!
- This post requires extensive walking and standing
- Must have a stable work history
- This post requires client interfacing
- Must be a sharp candidate
- Good computer skills
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- Previous Building Security Officer experience is a PLUS!
- Must be SHARP
- Entails client interfacing
- Knowledge of access control
- Ability to walk up to 5-10 miles
- Good phone and/or radio etiquette
