Security Representative Sr / Lvl 3 / CPSO / Top Secret / TX

Description:Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking a Senior Industrial Security Representative to join the security team in Grand Prairie, TX.

The selected candidate will provide multi-disciplined Security support and perform primary Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) duties for a large conglomerate of complex, growing special access programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include personnel and physical security, policy guidance and research, classification and material control, subcontractor security management, inspection readiness, OpSec requirements, security education, and partnership with program management. The selected candidate will develop creative security solutions to meet mission requirements while ensuring compliance with our customers' expectations and applicable security policies and directives. This role is the primary security interface with all levels of associated program personnel at Lockheed Martin as well as customer and subcontractor sites.

Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)and DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4.

• Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.

• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.

• Final Top Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.

• Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CPSO, ACPSO or physical security specialist.

• Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
