We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. The training coordinator will conduct new hire orientation as well as provide CPR/First Aid certification. This individual will also be responsible for uniforming, conducting Level 1 and level 2 certification training for Texas non-commission security licensing; going over all company policies and procedures, and any other new hire processes. Must be able to multi-task and be very well organized. Must have knowledge of the security industry and be able to keep up with any changes in the laws and regulations of Texas non-commission security officers

Qualifications
– CPR Certification
– First Aid Certification
– Strong communication skills
– Background in training & development
– Management skills
– Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
