Our homeowners’ association is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life within the community by offering superior amenities, ensuring safety, and promoting a sense of community.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and customer-oriented Community Service Security Manager to oversee the safety and security operations within Glen Lakes HOA. This role involves managing the daily security operations, ensuring the community is safe, enforcing HOA rules, and interacting with residents to maintain a peaceful and well-ordered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures in line with the HOA’s standards.

Ensure 24/7 surveillance and patrolling to monitor the safety of the community’s residents, visitors, and assets.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Respond to security-related incidents, providing leadership in emergency situations and de-escalating conflicts.

Maintain records of security incidents, patrol logs, and equipment inspections.

Ensure compliance with HOA rules and regulations, issuing citations or warnings when necessary.

Serve as a liaison between residents, Executive Manager, and the Community Service Team to address concerns or complaints.

Conduct regular security assessments and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in security management, law enforcement, or a similar field (3+ years preferred).

Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and best practices in residential security.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.

Familiarity with HOA rules, regulations, and governance (preferred but not required).

Valid security license and certifications (if required by state/local laws).

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement is a plus.
