Night Watch

Job Summary
The Night Watch/Surveillance Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and security during overnight hours. This position requires vigilant observation, quick responses, and effective communication with management and emergency services, to ensure the safety and security of our premises during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle various situations professionally, calmly and efficiently.

3am-9am Wed-Sun. Must be available to work overnights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor indoor alarms and surveillance systems to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, assessing situations and ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Conduct regular patrols and thorough inspections of the building and equipment to identify potential risks.
• Maintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed during critical situations.

Requirements

• Experience in law enforcement or military service is a preferred.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while remaining alert and focused.
• Previous experience in security or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
