Flex Officer

Job Title: Security Professional

Responsibilities:
– Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches
– Operate and maintain CCTV systems to ensure effective surveillance
– Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and address potential security risks
– Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and provide assistance during investigations
– Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and loss prevention
– Prepare detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or observations

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in loss prevention or a similar security role
– Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
– Strong observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious behavior or activities
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
– Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
