As a Security Officer in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you’ll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal at a major transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. What You’ll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support operations at the transportation location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter of the transportation facility to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible security-related presence.
Monitor for and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Collaborate with team members and communicate with client representatives or visitors to address concerns and provide assistance as required.
Document incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal procedures and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
