Security Guard

Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at a medical buildings environment.

This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Duties

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of property and individuals.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as necessary.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals in emergency situations.
• Document incidents and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.

Experience

• Previous experience in the secuirty industry.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation, is advantageous.
• Skills in conflict management are essential for effectively handling difficult situations.
• A background in military service can be beneficial for understanding security protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
