Loss Prevention Supervisor

• Perform daily physical security inspections and merchandise accuracy audits.

• Maintain and implement use of standard practice for visitors, bag checks, and non-compliance reports.
• Participate in internal theft investigations, adhering to company confidentiality guidelines.
• Experience managing a safe and secure culture, including crisis response, a strong safety environment and crowd management planning, providing support to both guests and team members.
• Act as distribution center “greeter” providing positive and timely customer service to visitors.
• Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance with their teams.
• Monitor DC activities, assign badges, lockers and US Connect cards to all new hires.
• Conduct Loss Prevention and Safety orientation class.
• Partner with HR for any investigation and injury reports.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
• Two years of Asset Protection or Security Guard experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and patience.
• PC Skills: Microsoft office Package.
