Duties

• Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Control access to the premises by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify potential safety hazards or unauthorized presence.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management skills to de-escalate and resolve issues effectively.
• Perform first aid and CPR when necessary to assist injured individuals until professional help arrives.
• Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and access records for accountability and reporting purposes.

Experience

• Prior experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR, or law enforcement training are preferred to enhance response capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally while maintaining safety protocols.

Pay: $16.00 – $30.00 per hour
