Unarmed Security Officer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Duties
– Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
– Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
– Investigate alarms or disturbances
– Create reports of any suspicious activities
– Provide assistance to people in need
– Ensure compliance with company security procedures

Qualifications
– CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred
– Experience in law enforcement, military, or security field is a plus
– Knowledge of surveillance techniques and procedures
– Understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
– Ability to handle critical situations with diplomacy and professionalism
– Proficiency in CCTV operation and other security equipment
– Certification in Loss Prevention or Conflict Management would be advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
