Experienced Security

We are seeking experienced Security professionals to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage door operations, greet guests, and maintain a controlled entrance
• Check IDs and enforce all age and venue policies (21+)
• Monitor guest behavior and crowd flow throughout the night
• Conduct bag checks and follow all safety protocols
• De-escalate situations professionally and calmly
• Assist staff and management during high-volume nights
• Complete incident reports when necessary
• Ensure guest safety inside the venue

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nightlife security experience (bars, lounges, or clubs)
• Must be 21+ years old
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift
• Must be available Friday & Saturday nights
