Unarmed Security Guard – Immediate Hire

We are looking for OUTGOING and ENERGETIC people to join our growing team!

What you’ll contribute to the team:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time.
• Maintains the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Light retail duties included but not limited to: greeting clients, assisting with recovery and cleaning.

Requirements:

• Clean Criminal Record Required
• Present a neat and well-groomed appearance.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• 1 Year of Security Experience Required
• 18+ yrs old
• Valid Driver’s License
• Commitment and Integrity required for daily responsibilities
• Strong oral and written communications skills
