Titan Security is currently recruiting for Full Time Security Officers to work at a high-profile, high-rise tourist hotspot, in Downtown Chicago. Ideal candidates will have open availability or have two shift availability. (including weekends and holidays). These are permanent, full-time/part-time (24-40 hours/week) openings.

Responsibilities:
Security Officer Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all individuals encountered, including assisting with directions and answering general inquiries.
- Ensure smooth access for patrons, visitors, and vendors as needed.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Maintain accurate logs concerning individuals, property, and packages.
- Respond promptly to incidents, including emergencies, and document them thoroughly for building and Titan Security management.
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications of Security Officers:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements.
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which include standing and foot patrols(up to 5 mi per shift), walking up and down stairs, perimiter patrols in increment weather; responsibilites can include lifting 50+ lbs
Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:
- 1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.
- Bi-lingual considered a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Pay and Benefits for Security Officers:
- $17.00-17.60/ hour
