Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: Chicagoland Area

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the site security operations within our organization, including supervising security officers, implementing security protocols, and ensuring the safety of our client's premises.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff

– Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols

– Conduct regular security assessments and audits

– Train and mentor security personnel

– Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security breaches

– Maintain accurate security records and reports

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a security supervisor or relevant role

– Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures

– Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

– Ability to make quick and sound decisions in high-pressure situations

– Proficient in using security equipment and surveillance systems

– Certification in security supervision or related fields (Perc/20hr)

Pay: $19.58 – $22.00 per hour
