Security Supervisor

Skytech Security is rapidly growing and we are looking for Full-Time Field Supervisors! We have immediate openings for full-time Field Supervisors to join our team! Our Supevisors manage teams of security officers at various locations throughout Chicago.

Duties:

• Supervise the day to day operations of selected sites during shift times
• Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both clients and employees.
• Respond to designated operational issues for all assigned client sites and facilities.
• Supervise and manage a team of security officers, including possibly participating in hiring /selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support
• Ensure that all client sites are provided with high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Ensure all required reporting and contractual compliance requirements are met.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, recognition, etc.).
• Provide the basis of great working environments by treating staff with respect
• Assure that ALL employee grievances are heard and resolved.
• Accurately and effectively post all pertinent notices and communications to staff.
• Report all operational matters directly with Field Operations Manager and members of senior management.
• Reconcile logs, shift responsibilities and patrols
• Review incident reports prior to submitting to clients and coordinate preliminary investigations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Evening shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Supervising: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• PERC (Required)
