UNARMED OFFICER – Part Time/On Call

Our personnel are highly trained in threat assessment, de-escalation techniques, and emergency protocols, ensuring a calm, confident presence in every environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.
• Monitor premises through foot patrols, cameras, and access control systems.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Report and document all incidents, suspicious activity, and safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and law enforcement as needed.
• Complete detailed written reports at the end of each shift.
• Attend required training and refresher courses to maintain certification and readiness.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid PERC Card (or ability to obtain one).
• 20-Hour Unarmed Security Training Certificate required.
• Valid state identification or driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned sites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred.

Schedule & Availability:

• Part-Time / On-Call (shifts may include days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays).
• Must be available to accept last-minute or emergency shift assignments.
