Security Guard

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, with an emphasis on conflict management, surveillance, and loss prevention. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the premises while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Respond promptly to incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to defuse tense situations.
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Check ID’s to verify patrons are of legal age upon entering the establishment.

Requirements

• Previous is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
