JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Doormen are the public face of the building and are the group of employees who residents and their guests interact with most frequently. Therefore, the Doormen have an important role in communicating our building’s image by being polite, friendly, courteous, attentive and helpful while providing a high level of service in a professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Orally greet all residents of the building, guests, employees and in a courteous manner
· Assist all residents, and visitors/guests with luggage, packages, or bags from driveway or front lobby through inner lobby doors by opening and holding doors, or assisting in holding or carrying items for residents and visitors.
· Report any Incidents to the Property Management team in a timely fashion
· Call a cab/taxi service upon request from a resident or visitors/ guests.
· Contact the Maintenance staff member on duty regarding any immediate maintenance needs in the common areas such as mud, loose leaves, debris.
BACKGROUND CHECK: Employment requires a pre-employment background check.
UNION AFFILIATION: Full time employees become members of SEIU Local #l after the 31st day of employment.

Schedule:
Thursday -2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday- 2:00 PM – 10:00PM
Saturday- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday -2: 00 PM – 10:00 PM
Monday- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.35 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
