Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent and responsible watch manager to act as a leader, mentor, coach and support structure to the supervisors and security officers on their assigned shift. The watch manager ensures that the needs of supervisors and officers are met and ensures that each officer is within compliance of all uniform, performance and company guideline standards. Additionally, the watch manager acts as the leader of their shift, ensuring all management directives and requirements are executed in the field environment. The watch manager acts as the primary field management representative both in front of the Lincoln team and our Chicago Dept. of Aviation client.

Duties include:

1. To observe and report all activity that may lead to a safety or security threat.

2. To respond to calls for assistance or supervisory oversight from the supervisor's on that Watch Manager's shift.

3. To ensure that all supervisors are ensuring officers are properly supplied with all necessary forms, equipment and uniform items that they require.

4. To inspect supervisors to ensure that they are in compliance with CDA and company standards to include: uniform, post knowledge, post perfomance, electronic device policy and any other compliance item assigned by the management team.

5. To ensure that the shift is following the master schedule as closely as possible in working schedule form and making necessary changes in conjunction with the dispatch team.

6. To provide key insight to Lincoln management through reports, administrative action and other communication all information that Lincoln management may need to ensure operational success.

7. To provide supervisory staff with coaching, training and mentoring. 8. To ensure that all training conducted by the supervisors is done effectively and within relevant time strictures.

8. To ensure that all misconduct, performance failures, unprofessional behavior etc. is documented at their level and brought to the operations manager's attention.

9. To ensure all deliverables for their shift are properly submitted and stored each shift.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in quality assurance, security management, or related fields is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Current/Valid IL PERC Card and Driver’s License
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices, security protocols, and procedures.
• Proficiency in using audit and quality control software and tools (Lighthouse, WinTeam, MS Office Suite).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid security officer license and any other required certifications.
