Loss Prevention Supervisor is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:

• Improving company profitability by developing, implementing, and maintaining effective loss prevention programs to reduce exposure to theft and increase associate awareness
• Overseeing the store’s Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) and product protection programs
• Conducting internal investigations, surveillance, and apprehension in compliance with Kohl’s guidelines
• Developing and supervising loss prevention associates
• Conducting inspections to ensure store is in compliance with Kohl’s policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications include:

• 1 year loss prevention/asset protection experience
• 1 year supervisory experience
