Job Summary

We are seeking an Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Duties

– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain order and establish a security presence

– Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to alarms

– Enforce company policies and procedures

– Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed

– Complete reports on incidents and suspicious activities

– Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary

Skills

– Prior experience in law enforcement or military is required

– Proficiency in surveillance techniques and security procedures

– CPR and First Aid certification preferred

– Strong conflict management skills

All candidates must have:

• Valid PERC and FOID/CCL.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to do the job with no accommodation needed.
• Reliable transportation to get to work on time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
