The Wellness Associate is a high-touch, hospitality-focused role responsible for optimizing the guest experience, ensuring operational excellence, and promoting additional services. You serve as the floor manager, blending guest relations with operational oversight.

Experience
- Hospitality & Service: Proactively engage with guests in the common and transitional areas to answer questions, provide guidance on contrast therapy cycling, and ensure comfort.
- Service Add-Ons: Offer and encourage guests to try additional services, retail products (like electrolytes), and new membership promotions.
- Operational Oversight: Regularly patrol the Men’s or Women’s side* to ensure all areas are properly stocked, clean, and functioning; delegate immediate cleaning/stocking needs to the Service Associate.
- Equipment Check: Conduct routine checks of sauna temperature, cold plunge water levels, and overall equipment function; report maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety Management: Oversee the guest environment to ensure adherence to House Rules and safety guidelines, managing non-critical situations with tact and professionalism.
*Due to the requirements of the job, specifically attending to facilities where guests are changing and bathing, this position requires a female attendant for the Women’s area and a male attendant for the Men’s area (Bona Fide Occupational Qualification)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
